    1963 Phillips Ranger road bike. This bike appears to be original except for the kickstand. The paint is good with intact decals. Missing the reflector in the back. Tires hold air but look a bit scary. The Phillips Ranger was later made by Raleigh. It's a solid British road bike of the era. Comes with hand pump accessory.
